Deliver large transcript/exhibit files for free

1.   Once logged in select 60-Day History either using the tool bar or image

2.   Select one or mulitple files by checking the box(es) and then select the iDepos button.  Use the "Search" feature at the bottom, right of your screeen if the documents are on different pages within your history.

3.   A pop-up screen will show default preferences as designated under your Settings/iDepos tab.  Type in the desired email account(s) and select the Ok but button.  For Outlook or Outlook Express software users putting in the contact email(s) is OPTIONAL because you can add them later.  The only exception to this is when the download notification is set to Yes.  Need to send an iDepos and you don't use desktop email software or you are on a different computer?  No problem, simply select RSI server for Email Method and we take care of the email for you.  You will be bcc'd on the email so you see exactly what your client(s) see.

4.   The hyperlink within the email takes your client to the pdf-it website to access the iDepos and download the file(s).
